Bouton d'Or is a fourth floor duplex apartment. The accommodation comprises an open plan living area with a modern, fitted kitchen and a seating and dining area. Glass doors open on to a balcony with panoramic views of the Mont Blanc range. A staircase leads to two bedrooms, a double and a twin which has a small mezzanine level with a double bed. Also on this floor is a shower room with WC.
The lift can be used to access the underground car park which has a parking space for the apartment's use.

Bouton d'Or is situated just to the south-west of Chamonix centre. It overlooks the square of Chamonix Sud, adjacent to Avenue de l'Aiguille du Midi, which leads directly to the main shopping street, Rue Paccard, 300 metres away by foot.
The apartment is very conveniently situated with a supermarket (Spar, main season only) just around the corner and many shops, bars and restaurants close by in Chamonix Sud and along Avenue de l'Aiguille du Midi. Popular restaurants such as Alan Peru, the Michelin-starred le Bistrot and the Jekyll are literally metres away.
For access to the slopes, the main bus stop is just along Rue du Lyret, 250 metres away as well as being opposite the Aiguille du Midi cable car for the Vallée Blanche. Brevent is the nearest main ski area, 2 minutes by bus.
