Chalet le Papounet is laid out over three floors providing accommodation for up to 17 people in 7 bedrooms. The ground floor has a spacious living area with open stone fireplace and a large balcony. The kitchen has been totally refurbished and there is a dining table large enough to seat 17. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite on this floor.
The first floor has a large double bedroom with ensuite shower room. On the lower level there is a 3rd double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and two bunk bed rooms (sleeping 5 and 2 respectively). There are a further 2 bathrooms (5 in total), plus a separate WC.
There is a sauna on the lower level and access to the deck and garden which have beautiful views of the surrounding peaks.

Chalet le Papounet is situated in the picturesque and tranquil surroundings of Les Houches. It is a 5 minute walk from the Prarion télécabine, the main lift serving the Les Houches ski area.
The nearest restaurants and bars of note are located around the Bellevue lift in les Houches, 1.5 kms away (15 minutes by foot), notably the Hotel Slalom and Kitsch Inn. There are several other choices in les Houches centre where there is a bakery and supermarket (Carrefour Market).
Chamonix and the many facilities the town has to offer are a 15 minute drive by car or bus. The nearest bus stop is at the Prarion lift, so it is recommended to have a car in this location.
