Résidence Barrats B is a centrally located apartment in quiet, tree lined-setting. Refurbished to a high standard in Autumn 2007, it comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with balcony (which can convert to a double), a separate bathroom and a WC. The open plan lounge/dining room has a double sofabed, modern stylish kitchen and two balconies.
The apartment is away from the main roads in quiet surroundings. There is private external parking and a large ski/bike cellar on the lower ground floor.
Résidence Barrats is situated on Chemin de la Larze to the south-west of Chamonix town centre. It is around five minutes' walk from Place Balmat - the town square - and two minutes from the shops and facilities of Chamonix Sud. It is also just a few hundred metres from the main bus pick-up point for access to the slopes.
The apartment is fully equipped with Wifi Internet Access, flat screen TV with Sky (Freeview), CD player, washing machine and dishwasher. It would suit up to 6 people looking to stay close to the town centre yet in more peaceful surroundings. |
