Résidence Iris is a studio apartment which has just undergone an extensive refurbishment including a new kitchen, bathroom, timber flooring and complete redecoration.
It is on the fourth floor of the Iris building and sleeps 2 on the comfortable sofabed. The balcony faces south and provides great views of the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc range.
The studio is situated in the heart of Chamonix Sud, just to the south-west of Chamonix town centre. It is adjacent to the main bus stop for access to all the pistes in the Chamonix Valley and is ideal for access to all the shops, bars and restaurants of Chamonix as well as those in Chamonix Sud itself.
