Maison Neuve is a recent 5* development set in the picturesque surroundings at the top of Les Houches. This self-catered 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps 4 (although can sleep 6 with a fold out bed double bed on the lower ground floor for extra guests), providing a spacious living area, well equiped kitchen with a dishwasher & washing machine. B1 also benefits from a communal sauna and spectacular views, including the Dome de Gouter of Mont Blanc.
The apartment is laid out over 2 floors. The lower ground floor provides a secure ski locker area with a built in fold out double bed, ski/board room with underfloor heating and access to the communal sauna.
The ground floor comprises a spacious lounge/dining room with a flat screen TV & DVD player and fireplace. The lounge opens out onto a deck perfect for taking in the view of Dome de Gouter of Mont Blanc.
The first floor comprises 2 bedrooms which can be made up as singles/doubles and a bathroom.
