Près des Cimes is a large traditional French chalet which sleeps up to 10, set in the picturesque surroundings of Les Houches. For the winter it offers something almost unheard of in the Chamonix Valley - the ability to ski/board to and from your door and for the summer it offers the summer pursuits from your doorstep.
The chalet is laid out over two floors. The first floor comprises a spacious lounge/dining room with an ornate stone fireplace, a large ensuite master double bedroom and a kitchen. The lounge opens out onto a large balcony/deck perfect for taking in the view of the entire valley, watching the skiiers/boarders tackling the Les Houches slopes or enjoying a summer barbeque.
The ground floor comprises a second, smaller lounge with TV and double sofabed, a bunk room, two large double bedrooms and bathroom with separate bath and shower.
In summary, Près des Cimes offers the perfect tranquil setting for up to 10 people who are looking to get away from busy town life and enjoy the natural environment of the Chamonix Valley. |
