The chalet sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, all of which can be made up as double or twin beds. On the first floor, there's a large open-plan living area with an open fire, large windows, WIFI and satellite TV. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people and has beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is fitted and well- equipped and also on this level is the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the ground floor, there are the 3 other bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite shower room, plus the main bathroom There is an additional WC and a washing machine is in the boiler room.
Pres des Cimes' location makes it stand out. It has breathtaking views up the Chamonix valley which can be enjoyed from the large terrace which is accessed from the living area via sliding, glass doors. With the home run of the les Houches ski area behind the chalet, it makes it one of the few ski in/ski out options.

Pres des Cimes lies right on the pistes of les Houches, offering a genuine ski-in, ski-out location, a rarety in the Chamonix Valley. Being further up the mountain, the chalet catches the sun most of the day even in winter and offers fantastic panoramic views of the peaks.
The nearest restaurants and bars of note are in the Bellevue area of les Houches, notably the Hotel Slalom and Kitsch Inn. It is 3.2 kms by car, just over a 5 minute drive. In summer, it is possible to walk to Bellevue via Chemin de Bonnet, a little over 1 km away (15 minutes on foot). The nearest supermarket is in les Houches centre itself (Shopi), just beyond the Bellevue lift. Chamonix town and the many facilities it has to offer are 15 minutes away by car (12 kms).
As such, please note that it is recommended to have a car in this location to get to the different ski areas, les Houches centre and Chamonix town.
