Résidence Barrats A is a well- located apartment in a quiet, tree lined-setting. Refurbished to a high standard, it comprises a double bedroom, a twin bedroom ( both of which open onto a balcony), a bathroom and a WC. The open plan living area has a modern stylish kitchen and a dining table for 6. There is a double sofabed, Satellite TV providing a selection of UK channels and WIFI. There are 2 balconies leading from this living area which have mountain views.
The apartment benefits from having private, external parking and a large ski/bike cellar with washing machine on the lower ground floor of the building.

Résidence Barrats A is situated in a quiet area to the south-west of Chamonix town centre. It is 750 metres from the main shopping street, Rue Docteur Paccard (10 minutes by foot), but many amenities are in the immediate vicinity.
The nearest supermarket is Spar (main season only) in the square in Chamonix Sud (500 metres away). There are several bars within a short walk, including the Jekyll, Munster and Monkey with restaurants including the Jekyll again, l'Impossible and several along Avenue de l'Aiguille du Midi.
For access to the slopes, the apartment is conveniently located 200 metres from the main bus stop. The nearest ski area is Brévent, 2 minutes by bus. Barrats is also no more than 3 minutes' walk to the Aiguille du Midi cable car, giving access to the infamous Vallée Blanche.
