This newly built second floor apartment comprises two double (or twin) ensuite bedrooms, an open plan lounge/dining room with American kitchen, large balcony, underground secure parking and ski cellar.
Internally, the apartment is fitted out in a stylish modern and practical style with contemporary furniture. The living area (with sofa bed) opens out onto the south west facing balcony via large sliding doors, offering views direclty up to the surrounding peaks and Mont-Blanc.
The apartment is in the recently completed Résidence le Paradis, which is situated right in the centre of Chamonix. Tucked away off the main street, it's location means that the numerous shops, bars and restaurants of the centre are a very short walk away. Equally, it is just a couple of hundred metres from the Savoy nursery slopes, which in turn give access to the Brévent ski area at Plan Praz.
Overall, the apartment is ideal for groups of 4-6 looking for modern and comfortable living with proximity to the many facilities that Chamonix has to offer.

*Food hampers, welcome packs, breakfast and bespoke meals are also available.
