Our opinion
Great location, small but perfectly formed. It's rare to find a 4 bed chalet in the Plaine des Praz under €2m, particularly of this quality with all that it offers. With its proximity to Les Praz/Flégère and its ease of maintenance, it perhaps suits as a 2nd home or rental investment (we currently manage the adjacent chalet), but would also work as a main residence.Agency fees

Location
The chalet is situated within the sought after Plaine des Praz area of Chamonix, just to the east of Chamonix itself and close to the village of les Praz and the golf course.The nearest skiing is at Flégère, 500 metres from the chalet. There is a bus stop less than 100 metres away, as well as the train station (350 metres), giving access to each of the ski areas in the Valley.
There are a number of restaurants, bars and shops in Les Praz village and the golf course is just a few minutes walk away. Chamonix itself is a pleasant 30 minute walk along the river.
