The property is located in a peaceful area just a 5 minute walk from Chamonix centre and 50 metres from the Mulet bus stop so you can easily access the lift stations. Our Opinion

This is a wonderful light and airy apartment that has been thoughtfully furnished to provide comfortable and pragmatic living spaces. As well as being close to all local amenities, Montenvers B11 also has the advantage of being 3-5 minutes’ walk of two of Chamonix’s main attractions, the Aiguille du MIdi cable car and the Montenvers train to the Mer de Glace. The apartment also has the advantage of a particularly spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying your meals alfresco in the summer months.

Location

Fermes du Montenvers B11 is situated in a tranquil area of Chamonix just off Rue Helbronner to the south of the town centre. The lovely walk way along Chemin de la Tournette connects the nearby Rue des Allobroges which will have you on the main streets and squares of Chamonix in 5 to 10 minutes. Alternatively, amble along the quiet pathway opposite the apartment building to Place de la Mer de Glace and across the pedestrian bridge by the Montenvers station to Avenue Michel Croz where there are many popular bars and restaurants. It is also just a 5 minute walk to the largest Carrefour supermarket. For public transport access to the slopes, the apartment is located 300 metres from a bus stop which connects you to all the ski areas, the nearest of which is Brévent, a few minutes by bus. The main train station is at the top of Rue Allobroges and also connects to all the Chamonix Valley ski stations and local towns.
