Our opinion

It’s mostly about its excellent location, but this is also a very nice, modern apartment that ticks all the boxes – good outdoor space, good parking, decent storage and a ski locker. A nice place to live but it’s also an ideal investment property being right by the pistes and less than a 5-minute walk from the very centre of Morzine.

Location

The apartment is in a quiet location just to the west of the centre of Morzine, right by Piste B on the Pleney side of the road meaning you can ski back to the property and with easy access back to the Pleney lift. It is roughly 450 metres (less than a 5 minute walk) to the main square by the Tourist Office, with a number of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
