Chalet Queen is located towards the end of a private, no-through road in the heart of les Bois, a mostly residential, exclusive area to the north-west of Chamonix centre. The area lies opposite Chamonix Golf Club and is a 15-minute walk to the village of les Praz, as well as the Flégère lift. Chamonix itself is just over 3km away, a little over 5 minutes by car.

The closest bus stop is 300 metres away, with les Tines train station 400 metres away on foot.
