Mountain Base provide a rental management service covering properties within Chamonix and Chamonix Les Praz.
Our aim is to provide quality accommodation to ensure guest satisfaction. Therefore, all the properties in our portfolio include free WIFI, parking, well-equipped kitchens and laundry facilities.

For your information, we have outlined below our rental management service below:
- Advertising: We advertise your property on our website and well as third party sites. Users can book instantly online up to 3 days before arrival.
- Pricing & Availability: We offer fully flexible bookings with a minimum four night price. Repeat guests to Mountain Base are offered a 5% discount on stays of 5 nights or more. There is no restriction on the number of days an owner uses their property.
- Commission: We charge a standard 20% commission on each booking
- Cleaning: We have a team of housekeepers and your property will be cleaned prior to each booking and deep cleaned in each interseason.
- Linen: We hold a stock of linen, towels, bath robes etc which are hired to the property, per item for each booking.
- Laundry: We use a commercial laundry service, again the cost is calculated per item.
- Guests: We meet guests at your property and manage their stay. On departure an end of stay check is carried out. We do not charge guests for small accidental damage eg a broken glass but any larger damage or lost keys are charged against the guest Security Deposit.
- Key Holding and being the point of contact throughout the year
- Organisation of regular maintenance tasks such as window cleaning, hot tub maintenance, annual chimney sweep / check, snow clearing and gardening
- Other maintenance or repairs are coordinated by us and carried out by professional trades
