Mountain Base is excited to announce a vacancy that has become available in Chamonix. We are looking to recruit an individual to join our services team in order to further build and maintain an excellent level of productivity and customer service.

The role involves both working in the office and out in the properties around Chamonix. Key responsibilities include inbox management, pre-arrival guest administration, updating welcome guides and web pages, supplier liaison, property checks and maintenance reporting, and meeting & greeting guests. The opportunity to progress and develop the role is available for the right person.

We are therefore looking for a motivated, energetic, people person who enjoys working with customers. Experience in rentals or the service industry is essential as is good attention to detail and the ability to use initiative and manage time effectively. Conversational English and French (both written / verbal) and proficient IT / administration skills are necessary to be successful in this role.
