A great little apartment with a wonderful view and a larger balcony than most other Chamonix Sud apartments. In reasonable condition, it would benefit from updating but it is perfect for a first purchase, pied à terre or rental investment.Agency fees

Apartment Aiguille is on the edge of Chamonix Sud, right opposite the Aiguille du Midi cable car. It is just to south of the main shopping street, less than 300 metres, with a number of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. It is 250m from the main bus stop, giving very easy access to the rest of the Valley, the various ski areas and to/from Geneva airport.Natural risks
