Our opinion

This is a very attractive, quality renovation of a characterful property, right in the centre of Chamonix. The current owners took great care to restore many of the original features, including the herringbone parquet floor and ornate cornicing, whilst stripping right back to shell to reinsulate, rewire and add modern, triple-glazed windows throughout. An exceptional property in the very heart of Chamonix itself.

Apartment Michel is on Avenue Michel Croz, less than 100 metres from the central train station in Chamonix, giving easy access to the various ski areas. The nearest bus stop is just over the railway bridge, or by Place Mont Blanc (300 metres). There are a number of shops, restaurants and bars as well as a supermarket in the immediate vicinity.
