    Fermes du Montenvers B11 is a beautiful first floor, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the modern and well maintained Ferme de Montenvers building. Totally renovated in 2016 the apartment has a light, calm and contemporary feel throughout.

    The property opens into a hallway and on to the open plan kitchen and living area. This is a lovely bright living space with a good sized and well equipped kitchen. Satellite TV gives a range of UK channels and there is WIFI. There is a large sliding door accessing the balcony with outdoor furniture for dining. This offers views of Le Brevent and is well placed to catch the afternoon sun.

    The hallway leads to the bathroom and the first flexible (double or twin) bedroom. The master bedroom (also flexible) with ensuite bathroom is at the end of the hall.

    This apartment has the benefit of internal building access to its own lock up underground garage providing a car park space and storage for ski equipment and bikes.

    The Montenvers B building is situated in a quiet position yet close to all Chamonix's facilities making it a good choice for families or groups who have some members heading into the mountains and others exploring the town.

    Fermes du Montenvers B11 is situated in a tranquil area of Chamonix just off Rue Helbronner to the south of the town centre. The lovely walk way along Chemin de la Tournette connects the nearby Rue des Allobroges which will have you on the main streets and squares of Chamonix in 5 to 10 minutes. Alternatively, amble along the quiet pathway opposite the apartment building to Place de la Mer de Glace and across the pedestrian bridge by the Montenvers station to Avenue Michel Croz where there are many popular bars and restaurants. It is also just a 5 minute walk to the largest Carrefour supermarket. For public transport access to the slopes, the apartment is located 300 metres from a bus stop which connects you to all the ski areas, the nearest of which is Brévent, a few minutes by bus. The main train station is at the top of Rue Allobroges and also connects to all the Chamonix Valley ski stations and local towns.

If it wasn’t for all the activities that Chamonix offers you may never want to leave the calm of the apartment. Add to this the convenience of fully equipped kitchen, lots of storage, washing / drying machines, two bathrooms with excellent strong powerful showers (one bath also) and a beautiful balcony with mountain views and west facing for nice sunsets. The apartment is a five minute walk from all restaurants, shops and the cable car to Aiguille du Midi. Fantastic stay… hope to be back 5 Stars!"
