Location

The chalet is in the heart of Plaine des Praz, an exclusive residential area to the north-west of Chamonix centre. It is just over 15 minutes on foot to the Flégère lift, the village of les Praz and the Chamonix golf course (1.2km) and a pleasant, 20-minute walk along the river path to the centre of Chamonix itself. The sports centre, swimming pool and tennis club are en route.
