The chalet is in the heart of the hamlet of Les Udrezants in Morzine, just 200m from the nearest bus stop, providing easy access to the surrounding ski areas. The centre of Morzine, with its array of shops, bars, and restaurants, is a short walk (just over 500m, around 10 minutes on foot), while the Pleney cable car can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.
