NEW TO THE MARKET
A good-sized 7-bedroom chalet situated in the heart of Vallorcine, walkable to the lift. On 3 levels, the chalet is a converted gite, made into two separate apartments with two separate entrances and kitchens.
The downstairs features a big living space making it the perfect family home for a large family who likes to entertain. There is a large basement for extra storage.

The property has a large parking for several cars as well as a well maintained garden with an old granite fountain and lovely feel to it.

Key features

  • Well-maintained 3-bedroom chalet on a good-sized plot in Vallorcine
  • Large, beautifully presented farm style chalet
  • Walkable to the Vallorcine lift
  • Possible to use as two different apartments
  • Lots of storage and parking

Our opinion

This is a well maintained chalet in a quiet area close to nature. The garden is beautifully presented with great views. However, there is a good option to simply close off the stairs and make the chalet two separate apartments, having two separate entrances and kitchens already in place.
