Alpes IV is a modern, light and airy apartment with spacious rooms and fantastic views. Situated in an unbeatable location, the apartment is just 100 metres from the main shopping street and 150 metres from the bus stop with services to all the ski areas. Although Alpes IV is central, it still offers a peaceful living space as it faces away from Rue Docteur Paccard, towards the river and Mont Blanc.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. There is a maximum of 3 separate beds available, configured as follows:

  • Bedroom 1: Double room with glass doors opening onto the south-facing balcony and with access to the shared family bathroom and separate WC
  • Bedroom 2: Flexible twin or double room with access to the shared family bathroom and separate WC

Our Opinion

This apartment offers the perfect combination of central location and peaceful living space. Its proximity to the centre and the bus stop makes it great for both winter and summer guests. The balcony runs the length of the apartment and has breathtaking views towards Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. It is a popular choice for families and groups who have some members spending time in the mountains and others who wish to explore the town. All in all, this bright, modern apartment has something for everyone. For larger groups we have another 2 bedroom apartment, Alpes V, located in the same building.

Short stays priced at a minimum of 4 nights. A discount of 15% will be applied to 5 nights, 25% to 6 nights and 30% to 7+ nights. 5 nights minimum for Christmas OR New Year. 12 nights minimum Christmas & New Year.

NB: There is legal requirement for guests to pay a tourist tax per night. The total tax will be confirmed before completing the booking process.
