Our Opinion

For us, Chalet l’Orignal has a grand, impressive feel. The open plan living area is stylish and spacious and benefits from a double height ceiling. This is one of our largest properties and is well suited for groups offering excellent flexibility as the majority of the bedrooms can be set up as double or twin rooms. The separate apartment also offers privacy for those who want it. The kitchen is well set up for professional catering and the spa facilities add to the luxury of the chalet.

"Very large and beautiful chalet close to the center of Chamonix. It is a 15 minute up hill walk to the Brevant ski lift and 10 minutes into town. The kitchen has anything you would ever need to make large meals with multiple ovens, stoves, and dishwashers. The Mountain Base property company was very professional with a simple and straightforward check in process. they are also easily able to connect you with other amenities in the area including transfers, lift passes, food delivery and mountain guides.
