Our opinion

There aren’t many better views than this, with the mountains framing the church spire right in the centre of Chamonix, overlooking the square by the Tourist Office. The extra height in the living space makes it a very light apartment, with the potential to create and 3rd bedroom to add value on the mezzanine. Beyond that, it’s a fantastic location, seconds on foot from the main shopping street and a walk, if uphill, to the Brévent ski lift.
