Villa Floria was recently refurbished to a high standard and offers stylish, comfortable accommodation. There are 2 bedrooms one of which has twin beds and the other with flexible beds (twin or double) and an ensuite shower room. There is a 2nd shower room off the hallway, a separate WC and a cupboard with a washing machine. The open plan living area has satellite TV giving a range of UK channels, WIFI and a double sofabed. The dining table seats 6 and there is a modern, fitted kitchen. Large glass doors open on to a very generous terrace which has outdoor furniture and beautiful mountain views.
Skis and equipment can be stored in the apartment's private ski cellar and there is an underground parking space.
Floria is very central so is well-placed for all Chamonix's amenities. This coupled with fantastic outdoor space makes this apartment a great option for both Summer and Winter holidays.

Villa Floria is superbly located, close to the centre of town, just off Allee Recteur Payot. The main shopping street, Rue Paccard, is no more than 100 metres from the apartment.
There are a choice of supermarkets and bakeries within a very short walk, the nearest supermarket being the new Casino on Avenue Ravanel le Rouge, 200 metres away. All the restaurants and bars of Chamonix centre are similarly close by.
For access to the slopes, the main bus stop is 200 metres away. The nearest ski area is Brévent, 2 minutes by bus or car, just to the north of the town centre. The famous Aiguille dui Midi cable car, for access to the Vallée Blanche, is 500 metres away.
