Our opinion

This is a lovely, brand-new chalet with a garden that’s right in the centre of Morzine. Being easily walkable to all amenities, not to mention the ski lifts, but in a tranquil location with good sunlight/great views, this would be very appealing to the rental market as much as it would be a residence.

Location

Chalet Dent Blanches is in the centre of Morzine on a quiet side street, 500m to the village centre with a free bus stop on the doorstep. It is 600m to the Super-Morzine ski lift (7-minute walk), 1000m to the Pleney ski lift and a very short walk to the popular Névé, Chaudannes and Le Local bars/restaurants. There is also a Sherpa supermarket within a 2-minute walk for the morning baguette and croissants.
