Our opinion

These 1-bedroom apartments are the sweet spot in terms of a rental investment. Very functional, ideal location right opposite the main bus stop and with the town centre close by. Chamois Blanc 7 is in great condition and has excellent views being on the top floor.

Location

Résidence le Chamois Blanc is located just to the south-west of Chamonix centre, opposite the Plan B hotel and main bus stop. It is 450 metres from the main shopping street, Rue Docteur Paccard (4 minutes' walk), but many shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are nearby.

In terms of public transport, it couldn't be better placed with the main bus stop right opposite, giving access to all the pistes as well as Geneva airport. The closest ski area is Le Brévent, a 2-minute bus ride away and the Aiguille du Midi cable car, giving access to the famous Vallée Blanche, is 2 minutes' walk.
