Aiguille 1 is a smart property in a great location. This ground floor apartment is in a quiet area close to Chamonix town centre meaning shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Equally, the Planards ski and leisure area is nearby with its popular all-year-round luge. Glass doors from the open plan living area open onto a large private garden which is split between decked terrace and grass, rare in an apartment of this size.

Our Opinion
This apartment will have a wide appeal due to it's smart interior and central location. We think it'll be really popular with families with children as it will tick a lot of boxes - bunk beds, full kitchen, outdoor space and plenty close by including the swimming pool and Planards beginner ski area. With the calendar opening in February 2024, book early before it's too late!

"Great little place for the money. Great location, Chamonix center and all relevant restaurants are within easy walking distance (5-10min flat surface). Also, very large backyard and underground garage. Everything is new and they thought of a lot of details to make it really practical. We were a family of 4 and the place does feel a little tight but if you plan on spending your time outside and on the mountain, it’s perfect and we’d come again in a heartbeat. Overall, very highly recommended, great price/value."
