SEASON LET - WINTER 24/25: 25,000 euros

White Pearl A21 is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a light open plan living area. The interior is currently being refurnished (new photos to follow). Glass doors open onto the large balcony which has dining furniture providing the opportunity to enjoy meals al fresco. The building itself is located 200m from the main bus station - the site of Geneva airport buses as well as local buses to the ski areas, and has shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes' walk.


NB Due to flooding in the basement of White Pearl, the building's lift (elevator) is out of order and the underground parking is inaccessible until further notice. Please note : there is some parking to the side of the building and there are paid for parking options 2-5 minutes' walk from the property (19th August 2024).

Bedrooms

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a maximum of 4 separate beds available, configured as follows:
  • Bedroom 1 : Double bed, with ensuite shower and basin, and access to the separate WC
  • Bedroom 2 : Two single beds or double bed, with access to a shared bathroom and an additional WC
  • Bedroom 3 : Single bed with access to a shared bathroom and an additional WC

Our Opinion

We have a number of apartments in the White Pearl building and the first big tick is location! Everything Chamonix has to offer is at walking distance meaning a car isn't necessary. You will also have a dedicated ski locker with heated boot dryers. The second reason we love White Pearl is the large balconies, bigger than most in Chamonix.

 

Further Information

The price is based on 5 months (December - end of April) and includes exclusive use of the property and its facilities. For more details of what is included, please see the 'What's Included' section above.

There is a legal requirements for guests to pay local tourist tax (Taxe de Sejour) which is charged per adult per night. The total tax will be confirmed before completing a booking.

To secure the season let you would need to pay a 50% deposit with the balance due either prior to or on arrival. We also take a security deposit of 1,000 euros which we refund on departure once the property has been checked.

We strongly recommend you to take out insurance for your contents and any accidental damage / fire etc. This is sometimes included within travel insurance so may be a good starting point.
