Le Brevent 3 is a smartly decorated apartment with quality furnishings throughout. Situated in a fantastic location, just 200 metres from the Planpraz lift and 500 metres from the town centre it offers easy access to both the mountains and all local amenities. This superior apartment is dual aspect with large picture windows and sliding glass doors which provide access to two full-length balconies with mountain views.

Bedrooms

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There are a maximum of 5 separate beds available, configured as follows:

  • Bedroom 1: Double room with en-suite bathroom and WC. Access to the main balcony access that boasts views of Mont Blanc
  • Bedroom 2: Flexible twin or double room with en-suite bathroom with WC. Access to a shared balcony facing Le Brevent with bedroom 3.
  • Bedroom 3: Flexible twin or double room with en-suite shower and WC. Access to a shared balcony facing Le Brevent with bedroom 2

Our Opinion

This is a spacious, elegant apartment that has been decorated and furnished with great attention to detail. The large windows flood the property with light and allow you to enjoy the fabulous mountain views from the comfort of the sofa. The three bedrooms are all en-suite which is rare for an apartment which along with the two flexible bedrooms makes it perfect for both families and groups of friends. With so few properties in the Chamonix Valley being ski in and ski out, the fact that Le Brevent 3 in only 200 metres from one of the main lift stations is hugh factor in its favour. All in all, this apartment is a real gem. For larger groups we have a 2 bedroom apartment, Brevent 2, located in a neighbouring building.

Location

Le Brévent 3 boasts a fantastic location set just above Chamonix town centre and right next to the Brévent-Planpraz lift. The town centre is an approximate 8 minute walk (500m) downhill where there are numerous bars and restaurants within close proximity. The nearest supermarket is Super U, also in the town centre and approximately a 10 minute walk (650m) from the apartment. For access to the slopes, the main lift to Brévent (also linked to Flégère ski area) is just a short walk (200m) from the front door. A bus service runs from the lift station to the main bus stop in Chamonix. Alternatively there is a bus stop on Allée Recteur Payot, 550m from the apartment, giving access to the other ski areas in the valley.
