Le Brevent 3 is a smartly decorated apartment with quality furnishings throughout. Situated in a fantastic location, just 200 metres from the Planpraz lift and 500 metres from the town centre it offers easy access to both the mountains and all local amenities. This superior apartment is dual aspect with large picture windows and sliding glass doors which provide access to two full-length balconies with mountain views.

Bedrooms

The apartment sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There is a maximum of 5 separate beds available, configured as follows:
  • Bedroom 1 : Double bed, with ensuite bathroom with WC, and a private balcony
  • Bedroom 2 : Two single beds or double bed, with ensuite bathroom with WC, and access to a shared balcony
  • Bedroom 3 : Two single beds or double bed, with shower room with WC, and access to a shared balcony

Our Opinion

This is a spacious, elegant apartment that has been decorated and furnished with great attention to detail. The large windows flood the property with light and allow you to enjoy the fabulous mountain views from the comfort of the sofa. The three bedrooms are all en-suite which is rare for an apartment which along with the two flexible bedrooms makes it perfect for both families and groups of friends. With so few properties in the Chamonix Valley being ski in and ski out, the fact that Le Brevent 3 in only 200 metres from one of the main lift stations is hugh factor in its favour. All in all, this apartment is a real gem.

For larger groups we have two 2 bedroom apartments, Brevent 1 and Brevent 2, located in neighbouring buildings.

"We had a wonderful 10 days at Brevent 3. It is in a great location, a 5 minute walk uphill from the centre of Chamonix, right next to the Brevent lift station. The apartment is quiet, with the most incredible views of the Aiguille de Midi to the front and the Brevent cable car to the rear. Watching the paragliders as they land in the field adjacent was awesome. The location was perfect for us, close to the centre of Chamonix but also close to the trails for walking and running. The apartment itself had everything we needed, really well-equipped and with great instructions. It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It really was the perfect holiday accommodation for us. We’d definitely like to come back and would recommend it to others."
