NB*: Due to flooding in the basement of White Pearl, the building's lift (elevator) is out of order and the underground parking is inaccessible until further notice. To reflect this ongoing issue, prices have been discounted by 10% up until 30th April 2025. Spread over 2 floors and with a large balcony suitable for outdoor dining and relaxing, as well as a beautiful gas fireplace as a focal point of the living room, this apartment is a unique opportunity to enjoy comfortable deluxe living with wonderful panoramic views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi over the treetops. The building itself is conveniently located 200m from the main bus station, which is the pick up spot for Geneva airport buses and local buses to the various ski areas, and has shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes' leisurely walk.

The apartment sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There is a maximum of 8 separate beds available, configured as follows:

  • Bedroom 2 : Two single beds or double bed (lower floor) with adjacent bathroom with separate WC
  • Bedroom 3 : Two single beds or double bed (upper floor) with access to shared shower room with separate WC
  • Bedroom 4 : Two single beds or double bed (upper floor) with access to shared shower room with separate WC

Our Opinion


The apartments in White Pearl are among the newest in Chamonix, and are fantastically located close to everything. Everything Chamonix has to offer is close by, meaning a car isn't necessary. Aguille du Midi, restaurants and shops are within a few minutes walk, and the ski buses and Geneva airport buses are just 200m from the apartment door. Having said that, if you choose to drive, Apartment A31 has 2 private underground spaces available for use.



Apartment A31 can be flexibly appointed with all 4 bedrooms prepared as either doubles or singles as required. Throughout the apartment, the decor is luxurious and comfortable, and the living area has a beautiful multi-flame gas fireplace that creates a stunning feature focal point. From its balcony, there are panoramic views of Mont Blanc and Aguille du Midi across the treetops.
