Apartment Bellevarde is a well-positioned apartment just a few hundred metres from the town square of Les Houches. Its placement, mountain views and practical amenities make it highly suitable for either owner-occupation or a second home rental. Although very well looked after by the seller, a buyer could add value by either redecorating or refurbishing.
