Situated in a peaceful residential location of Chamonix Les Praz, the apartment is a 2 minute drive from the village and Flegere cable car or a 5 minute drive from Chamonix centre. With access to a fabulous spa and games room with pool table, this residence offers the perfect place to unwind on your holiday.

Our Opinion

We find Cordee 331 to be one of the best placed apartments in the La Cordee Residence. The spacious, elegant interior has the feel of a boutique hotel which adds that bit of sophistication for those looking for a superior property. The views from the balcony are truly breathtaking looking towards the Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc and the Bosson Glacier. The other fantastic and unique thing about this apartment is that it has access to a full range of spa facilities and a games room year round.
